Denise Brignac
Denise Brignac is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Acadiana area. A graduate of Rayne High School, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science of Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Denise holds the prestigious CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and was among the first in the region to receive this credential.
She is a licensed real estate broker and currently serves as the designated Broker for Rayne Realty Co. Denise is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Realtor® Association of Acadiana, and both the national and Louisiana chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Denise’s professional career began with the Diocese of Lafayette’s community services department, managing housing properties owned by the Diocese. She later became property manager for Bayou Shadows Apartments in Lafayette before founding her own company, Brignac Property Management, overseeing HUD properties across five parishes. In addition, she owns CDB Properties, LLC and RBR Investments, which are focused on investment properties in Florida and residential property flips. Denise is also the longtime owner of the Firework Warehouse in Rayne, a business she ran for 36 years alongside her late husband.
Outside of real estate, Denise is a talented vocalist and devoted member of the St. Joseph Church Carpenters Choir, where she has served for over 44 years—12 of those as Director. She is a frequent soloist for weddings and funerals. She also serves as Vice President on the board of the Rayne Chamber of Commerce and has chaired the annual Mardi Gras Ball for the past three years.
Denise is a proud member of the Krewe de Joie de Vie, where she serves on the Board and as one of the current court Captains. She reigned as Queen Anna V in 2019.

Kody Romero
Kody Alec Romero is a licensed real estate professional with a strong foundation in residential appraisals and property management. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from McNeese State University, bringing a solid financial background to every aspect of his work in real estate.
Known for his approachable nature and genuine people skills, Kody thrives on building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through every step of the real estate process with insight and care. His attention to detail and personable approach make him a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
Outside of his professional life, Kody enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially while cooking and relaxing on the patio—two of his favorite pastimes.

Nancy Lyon
Nancy Lyon is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 23 years of experience in residential, land, and occasional commercial and investment sales. Originally from the picturesque town of Lake Arthur, Louisiana, Nancy credits her hometown for instilling in her the core values of family, hard work, and integrity—principles she carries into every client relationship.
Her career began in the oilfield industry, where she served as Safety Environmental Director for Devin International. After stepping away from the corporate world, Nancy transitioned to real estate—a career path that allowed her to connect with people on a more personal level. She quickly found her passion in helping others and has built a lasting career marked by professionalism, dedication, and a deep understanding of the local market. She also brings three years of prior experience in property management.
Nearly 20 of her real estate years have been proudly spent with Rayne Realty Co., Inc. Nancy is known for her commitment to clients, her deep knowledge of the Acadiana area, and her ability to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the process. Her background in market trends, property valuation, and lending packages gives her clients a competitive edge, whether they’re purchasing a first home or expanding an investment portfolio.

Outside of real estate, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family. She has two daughters—one married with two talented children, and another building a career in copyright law.
